It is the firmly held belief of C&W Western Horse and Kyhorse.com that honesty is the best policy, and the worst way to purchase a saddle is either via mail order or on the Internet. Saddles are best purchased from your local stocking tack shop where you can really see what you are buying. You can touch it, sit on it, and even taste it if the clerk isn't looking. All we can offer you is a little picture and a good price. Your local dealer may charge a little more, but it was their time spent explaining to you the differences in the many types, features, and brands of saddles. Many tack shops will even let you take it home, put it on your horse, and bring it back if it doesn't fit your horse (or your behind) properly. We cannot offer this level of service and do not pretend to. All saddles sold through this web site are sold "as is" (excluding defects). Any saddle returns must be authorized via Email or phone, returns must be in perfect "new" condition,  and a restocking charge may apply as outlined on our general policy page. If, and only if, convenience and price are your determining factors should you purchase a saddle from us.
