Sharon Camarillo Touch Bits @
Kyhorse.com!
|
We
keep literally hundreds of Reinsman bits in stock.
However they make several hundred more bits than we will
have on the wall at any given time and our discount prices
are a reflection of that reality.
We do NOT
represent bits in this section as being in stock. If you
have a "bit emergency" please contact
us for our stock status of that item. Otherwise please
allow for delays of one to two weeks. |

718 Sharon Camarillo
Chain Touch Bit
6
1/2" cheeks
- 5 1/2" mouth
Chain mouthpiece offers a little
more control on some horses than the
three-piece snaffle. The limited gag makes
the chain touch less aggressive than the fixed
chain mouthpieces. Adjust the headstall to
one wrinkle and use less curb pressure so
the chain touch can effectively work off the
corners of the horse's lip, tongue, and
bars. Curb pressure compliments after the
other three points have occurred. .

730 Sharon Camarillo
Tender Touch Bit
5" cheeks - 5 1/2" mouth
Nice transition bit for
introducing the indirect control of leverage
from the shank and pressure from the curb
chain. Works off tongue, lips and bar
pressure. Adjust headstall up to touch or
one wrinkle and loosen curb to 3 to 4
fingers to allow gag action to work
properly.

Tender Touch Bit
5/16"
Copper Twisted Dogbone
5 1/2" cheeks - 5 1/2" mouth
The shorter shank and slight
gag makes the Tender Touch an excellent
transition or intermediary bit. It can also
be used in competitive events providing the
horse is balanced and responsive to the
rider's cues. Adjust to neutral position of
one wrinkle with two fingers between the
curb and chin. This bit is designed to apply
pressure at the corners of the lip, across
the tongue, on the bars and at the curb..
