Sharon Camarillo Lifter Bits @
Kyhorse.com!
|
We
keep literally hundreds of Reinsman bits in stock.
However they make several hundred more bits than we will
have on the wall at any given time and our discount prices
are a reflection of that reality.
We do NOT
represent bits in this section as being in stock. If you
have a "bit emergency" please contact
us for our stock status of that item. Otherwise please
allow for delays of one to two weeks. |

713 Sharon Camarillo
Short Lifter Bit
7" cheeks
- 5" mouth
Less aggressive version of
the #715 Lifter. Offers a nice option to
aide the rider in aligning the horse's body
and balancing the shoulder. Offers a firm
yet unintimidating rate. The small gag and
independent motion in the shanks makes this
bit an excellent transition from the ring
snaffle and a nice bit to ride in the
pasture or trail. Should be neutrally
adjusted to meet the corners of the horse's
mouth with two fingers between the curb and
chin.

715 Sharon Camarillo Lifter Bit
9" cheeks
- 5" mouth
Designed primarily for horses
that have a tendency to drop their shoulder
in turns. The longer shank and mouthpiece
port offers the rider leverage in helping to
elevate the shoulder and maintain a balanced
position in the horse's body. Because it's a
correction bit, it should be used on a horse
that is well into the shank bridle. The
mouthpiece should be adjusted where it meets
the corners of the horse's mouth and creates
a slight wrinkle. Two fingers should be
between the chin and curb strap.

731 Sharon Camarillo Ported Lite
Lifter Bit
6" cheeks
- 5 1/2" mouth
The slight gag design makes
this lifter less intimidating and more
accepting to many horses than the solid
lifter. The ported mouth provides some
tongue relief for horses that have a
tendency to over tuck from the solid tongue
pressure of a traditional snaffle.

733 Sharon Camarillo 3X3 Lite
Lifter Bit
6" cheeks
- 5 1/2" mouth
The slight gag design makes
this lifter less intimidating and more
accepting to many horses than the solid
lifter. The three piece mouth offers
additional leverage to the corners of the
mouth providing a light responsive feel,
while offering the rider the ability to
reframe and rebalance a horse that has the
tendency to lean on the bridle or drop his
shoulder in turns or lead transitions.
