Recommended
Usage: Chew Stop is formulated for application to fences and
other surfaces to break horses of the wood-chewing habit.
Required frequency of application will be dependent on the
temperament of the horse, length of the habit, climatic
conditions and the type of surface. Use Chew Stop to protect
fences, corrals, stalls, mangers, gates, posts and trees;
also to keep horses from biting and chewing blankets and
bandages.
EASY
TO APPLY AS SPRAY OR PAINT

WELL BEFORE USING
Directions: Apply Chew Stop generously to all surfaces
within reach of your horse. Use a hand sprayer, power
sprayer, paint brush or roller. When applying as a spray,
remove animals from stalls during application. Chew Stop may
be applied to the bark of mature trees. It will not stain or
discolor painted surfaces. Repeat application to problem
areas as necessary until your horse forgets his habit.
Coverage: One gallon will cover approximately 300 sq. ft. of
unpainted surface and 400 to 500 sq. ft. of painted surface.
Caution: When applying Chew Stop to blankets or bandages, do
not apply to surfaces that may come in contact with the
horse's skin. Chew Stop, when in contact with the skin, may
cause blistering under certain conditions. Keep Out of Reach
of Children.

Directions - SHAKE WELL
Remove protective cap and apply Chew Stop generously to all
wood surfaces within reach of your horse. Spray from a
distance of 4 to 6 inches. Remove animals from stalls during
application. Chew Stop may be applied to the bark of mature
trees. It will not stain or discolor
painted surfaces. Repeat application to problem areas as
necessary until your horse forgets his habit.
When applying Chew Stop to blankets or bandages, do not
apply to surfaces that may come in contact with the horse's
skin. Chew Stop, when in contact with the skin, may cause
blistering under certain conditions.
Coverage:
One 12.5 oz. can will cover approximately 35 square feet of
unpainted surface and 53 square feet of painted surface.
CAUTION:
Do not use or store near heat, sparks or open flame. Harmful
if swallowed. Avoid repeated or prolonged contact with skin
or breathing of vapor. Use only with adequate ventilation.
Should skin contact occur, wash with plenty of soap and
water. If solution gets in eyes, flood with water for 15
minutes. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Call a
physician immediately. Contains mineral spirits.

flames. Vapors will accumulate readily and may ignite
explosively. Keep area ventilated during use and until all
vapors are gone. DO NOT SMOKE - Extinguish all flames, pilot
lights and heaters - turn off stoves, electric tools and
appliances, and any other sources of ignition. CONTENTS
UNDER PRESSURE. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight or heat
from radiators, stoves, hot water and other heat sources
that may cause bursting. Do not puncture, incinerate, burn
or store above 120°F. Do not discard empty can in home
garbage compactor.
