Are you looking for a beautifully finished, elegant checkbook cover? Then go to Walmart! Our checkbook covers are borderline ugly. They look like someone made them on a sewing machine designed to sew halters...which is precisely what they are. We wouldn't even bother making them if they weren't so darned popular with our customers. However, if what you want is the rugged look and feel of real leather then buy one.

• Now cut from select burgundy bridle leather so they aren't quite as ugly as they used to be. Real leather gives it a unique look and feel.
• Real leather actually looks better and develops character as it ages and wears. That other stuff just looks old and worn.
• Edges are hand rubbed - not dyed. If you're going to have a real leather checkbook cover then it ought to look like real leather.
• Our checkbook covers are slightly over sized. Real people who like real leather tend to stuff all kinds of things in behind the check register. By allowing a little more room (7+ inches wide) you can keep a year's worth of feed store receipts handy.
• Sewn with brown linen thread. Doesn't mean a thing to a checkbook cover but it's what was threaded in our machine.
• Personalized with a solid brass nameplate. 
• Because these are personalized they are NON-RETURNABLE.
