Example of a "REQUIRED" sign.
Most states* require very
specifically worded signs be placed at clearly
visible locations on or near stables, corrals,
arenas, trails, and other areas in close proximity
of the equine activity.
We offer both the REQUIRED sign
and the SUPPLEMENTAL sign for each state.
*Currently California, Maryland, Nevada, and New York
do not
have these laws.

Equine liability laws
are helping horse people by providing a measure of
immunity from lawsuits involving the inherent risks
of equine activities.
In most states, failure to comply
with the requirements concerning warning signs,
notices and contracts can prevent invoking the privileges
of the immunity provided by these legislative acts.
