We
are currently using PayPal as our only ONLINE credit card
processor. We have found PayPal to be extremely
convenient and secure for most of our customers and the
shopping cart experience is as reliable as any we have
found.

do not wish to use PayPal we will gladly take your order
over the phone - 800-260-0443
You do not have to
currently have a PayPal account to pay for your order via
PayPal. PayPal allows you to set up your information
"on the fly" just like any other shopping cart.
We expect to eventually
migrate to another shopping cart system that will integrate
with our in-house credit card processing.
PayPal payments made using an
"E-Check" are delayed while the payment
clears. PayPal will not allow us to finalize the order until
the processing is completed.
If you encounter a problem
using PayPal with your credit card, any support for that
feature must come from PayPal. The most common problem is a
forgotten password. Passwords can be retrieved via Email
using this link.
Any other problems or questions associated with making a
payment via PayPal are generally covered at this link.
If for some reason you cannot order using PayPal, you will
need to use another of our ordering processes.
We
accept credit card orders via the phone.
If you phone us with your
order, please be prepared to be patient with us. Our online
store is not integrated with our "brick and
mortar" establishment. This means that we may have to
ask a couple of questions to figure out exactly which
headstall you are ordering. Generally, you can tell us the
URL (web page address) of the item if there is no item
number and we can figure it out
pretty quickly though. In addition to the standard credit
card information, we will also ask for your Email address
and your phone number so that we can easily contact you if
we have a problem. This information is kept in-house and
confidential.
We
will accept C.O.D. orders with a certified check or money order.
We were taking personal checks, but let's just say we "learned
not to suck eggs" the hard way. Shipping on
C.O.D. orders is currently $12.50 (our $5 flat rate plus the
$7.50
C.O.D. fee).

Our shop hours are 9AM to 5PM
EST Monday through Thursday. Our Friday hours vary as we
frequently close early for weekend activities but we are
generally in until at least noon.
You can of course fax your
order to us any time. Be sure to include all of your
shipping and contact information including a day time phone
number and your Email address in case we need to get in
touch with you. Your credit card information will be safe as
our fax machine in in a private office.

859-234-6368. Sometimes this phone will be answered by a
machine and you may have to manually "start" your
fax.
Many of
our customers who cannot or do not wish to use their credit
cards mail us their order and payment. The simplest way to do
this is to use the "shopping cart" on the web
site, but instead of checking out, print the shopping cart
page and use it as your order form. The shopping cart will
give you your order total less shipping. Be sure to add the
$5 shipping charge to your payment (personal checks
accepted). Also make sure you include all of your shipping
and contact information including a day time phone number
and your Email address in case we need to get in touch with
you. If you wish you can Email
us with the items you are ordering via this method which
will allow us to have the order ready to ship when your
payment arrives.
